When you sign the submission directly in the application using the three small signature dots, the submission remains open. The approval status changes to accepted but the submission remains open. It would have to go to accepted. or do a pop up to ask if we put the proposal as accepted and therefore the project goes into pre-construction... Validate all the ways to Accept a submission if it changes to accept status. In-house request

Always ask if you want to send a copy of the email to the return address as well. So it will be possible for us to receive a copy of the email sent to the customer. Also, if possible, validate adding a cc and cc section when sending emails via C-Cube.

In a quote, when I add a supplier price, it would be interesting to allow the addition of a file linked to this supplier line of the quote. If the submission is accepted and the purchase order creation is active, the file is automatically linked to the order form and is part of the order form.

Add a check box in the submission reminders section to change the status of the submission lost after the last reminder. Go from recovery status to lost If, on the other hand, the submission has already been put in the lost status, do nothing.

Allow a customer PO number to be added when the quote is accepted. Before marking the bid as won, allow for the addition of a customer reference number. Forward this number when invoicing the project. Occasionally (not at all online acceptances) when the customer accepts the quote. Does not appear when done manually or internally. Should also appear when you have the customer sign by clicking on signature.

In the adjustment and discounts section, you have the option to put a percentage discount on the total amount of the quote.

Is it possible to have the number of hours in a submit/job? In the description at the end of a Submission we have Materials; Suppliers and Time. It is this time that I would like to know the total number/profession. Interesting but thoughtful how to display it
