Generate a project binder for the client that brings together all the project documents (quotes, material guarantee sheets, photos, plans, etc.) To be able to download in pdf all the quotes won for a project at once, without doing it one by one. Be able to generate a library of documents (to be checked) to integrate them (or download them) into the project binder.

Look at the possibility of creating tabs for managing attached files in a project.

Automatically fill in the submission date within 7 days if no date is entered. Change the submission date to the date sent when the submittal is marked as sent; automatic project closure when the submittal is lost or cancelled and there are no other work orders or purchase orders or any other items on the project.

In the project meeting tab when creating the meeting, add a check box to invite the project contact (s). Text example: Send an invitation to the project contact (s)? Also have the possibility to add other people internally
