I am disappointed that materials are not integrated into the program. It would be beneficial if the program could include materials to enhance its functionality and meet user needs more effectively.

As a team leader, I find it limiting not to have access to the 'mise en marche' tab. It would be beneficial for team leaders to have access to this tab, as it contains valuable information and resources that could enhance our understanding and management of the application. I suggest considering granting access to this tab for team leaders to improve our efficiency and effectiveness.

We have recently launched an online store on Wix and I am interested in integrating it with your platform. This integration would help in managing our online sales and customer interactions more efficiently. It would be great if there was a seamless way to connect our Wix store with your services.

Rethink the testimonial section Is it possible to add a request to the customer to make a Facebook post with their review and/or even go to Google review directly with their post?

Have PDF documents attached to the submission email. Add a section in Submission Preferences to add a file that is sent with all submissions. It appears in other attached files when sent.

Have the possibility to filter composite materials when doing a material search

In our business, we often need to send different types of billing emails, such as a 50% deposit received, a 45% payment received, and a final 5% payment. It would be beneficial to have the ability to create and manage multiple email templates for billing purposes, allowing us to streamline our invoicing process and cater to our specific needs.

When doing a search in the application; you should see the status of the project next to the project. When performing a search in the application; you should see the status of the project next to the project name. As it is on the page of project we can see the status but when I start a new research I only see the project number and client name. If the submission is sent, only the submission status is shown in the project list. You have to click on the project and then you can see that it is sent; open or lost. Also indicate the status of the submission or communication. The same goes for work orders when my project is in construction status (see the status of the work order if it is open for execution or validation, etc.)
