See a tag or indicate which submission is linked to each material when adding “import from project” items to the order form. ideally group by submission in the sorting of materials put materials already used at the bottom of the list ideally separate the same material into 2 lines (or +) when it is part of 2 different submissions. RIGHT now, if 1 2x4 in bid 1 and 2 2x4 in bid 2, we see 2x4 = 3 in a row. vs separate
