-Does the subcontractor's price change often between the quote and the contract (new subcontractor quote, negotiation, extras)?

-Where do you currently enter the invoices of your subcontractors: in C-Cube, in QuickBooks, elsewhere?

-Who needs to see this cost: you, the project manager, the foreman, the accountant?

-What will it be used for: prepare the order form for the subcontractor, check his invoices, monitor the profitability of the project?

Do you want to see it project by project, or in a report that includes all subcontractors (for example, how much did you pay each one over the year)?
