Put the email connection back online (for Google and ideally others)

Currently, our mobile punch application has a geolocation radius of 100m, which is insufficient for our commercial operations. We need the radius to be increased to at least 300m to ensure that employees can punch in from anywhere within the site, including parking areas. This change is crucial for accommodating large construction sites with multiple entry points.

Currently the punch rounds up by itself to the nearest 15th. have an option not to round in preferences
