Tooltip for clickable buttons

It would be helpful to have tooltips appear when hovering over clickable buttons. This feature would be especially beneficial for new users who might not be familiar with the platform, as it would provide immediate context and understanding of each button's function.

It is not possible to see what the different functions of the various buttons on the platform are for without clicking on them. We would need the function title to appear as the cursor slides over each button.
