When creating invoices, it would be helpful to show the remaining balance by line item. For example, if I have a client with multiple scheduled payments, I want to show that 10% of a line item has been billed and 90% remains. This feature would be particularly useful for projects with government clients who pay based on progress by line item, plus a 10% retention. It can quickly become confusing and challenging without this feature.
