Option to clear attachment history in emails

Hello, to better understand your request I have a few questions please:
-What history are you talking about exactly: the list of attachments offered when sending an email from C-Cube, or the history of emails already sent with their files?
-What problem does this cause you in concrete terms: a too long list that interferes with the choice of the right files, or sensitive documents visible to other users?
-Do you want to delete everything at once, remove certain files on a case-by-case basis, or rather limit who can see this history?
