In the material report, it would be even more useful to have a single separate report with different columns:
1 column for estimated material
1 column for the ordered material
1 column for the equipment used
And, if you want to push a little further, add a last column indicating either the surplus used (in a negative way), or the remaining material.
This would allow for a much clearer vision of the discrepancies and the actual monitoring of the equipment.
