For my part, I print a version for my archives, I also use a pdf version to check the hours and prepare my paychecks.

I find it more fluid to have one employee per page.

I don't think that a pdf file per employee would be relevant, we can do it using filters, it would just be enough to break a page for each new employee but it could simply be a printing parameter (check box)

-What are these impressions for: give each employee their timesheet, have it signed, sent for payroll, archive it?

-Do you print on paper, or do you generate a PDF that you then send?

-If it's a PDF, would it be more useful to get a separate file per employee rather than a single document with page breaks?

-Would a checkbox at the time of printing work for you, or would you prefer C-Cube to remember it for the next few times?
