We would like to explore the possibility of creating or exporting a project tracking sheet for projects submitted since the beginning of the year. This feature would greatly enhance our internal management and tracking capabilities.

Hello, I have a few questions to be able to properly target your needs:
-What will this sheet be used for in concrete terms: monitor the conversion rate of submissions, make reminders, prepare reports for management, plan the workload?
-Who will consult it: management, estimators, salespeople, accounting?
-How often do you need it 
-By “submitted projects”, do you mean all the submissions sent, or only those of a certain status (sent, accepted, refused, pending)?
-Is the period always “since the beginning of the year”, or do you want to be able to choose any date range?
-Should we be able to filter by estimator, by customer, by type of work or by region?

Which columns are essential for you? For example: submittal number, customer, project name and address, project name and address, project delivery date, amount, status, responsible estimator, decision date.
Do you need totals or indicators (total amount submitted, amount received, success rate)?
Do you have a sample file or report that you are already using that is similar to what you want?
