I want to simplify the task for foremen by ensuring that inactive employees do not appear in the timesheet options. Currently, suspending an employee in the preferences section does not remove them from the timesheet lists. It would be beneficial if there was an automatic way to hide or remove these inactive employees from the selection lists, reducing clutter and potential errors.
